为了使焊接质量达到更好的效果
为了使焊接质量达到更好的效果,可以保证组合压型板产品质量前提下,对所使用的焊接方法、材质等进行了焊接工艺,明确工艺参数。组合压型板焊接后的截面形状是否准确,也能关系到力学性能。所以一定要在焊接过程中严格控制上下板的相对位置和截面变形。这样才可以在焊接线上设置多道定型辊轮对压型板进行制约。
